The Problem: Skills Shortage Blocks Deadlines
FinTech Solutions AG, an up-and-coming B2B SaaS company in Germany, was under massive pressure from the extremely competitive market. To respond to urgently changed EU financial regulations and not lose major clients, a new, highly complex compliance software module had to be delivered by the end of the quarter.
The problem: The small, agile internal engineering team was completely tied up with support and maintenance of legacy software. The conventional recruitment of 3 absolutely essential senior developers in Germany proved hopeless and far too slow to save the quarter. The startup was in danger of missing its most important deadline.

1. Hands-On Agent Integration in the Team
A dedicated Senior AI Architect from Brain&Agent integrated as Tech Lead into the agile sprints of FinTech AG. Under his direction, customized coding agents trained on the FinTech codebase were deployed. These AI systems massively decoupled the senior developers by generating the majority of boilerplate code, API connections, and database migrations orders of magnitude faster.
2. Hyper-Automated QA
Quality is non-negotiable in FinTech. Alongside the code generation agents, we established specialized "Revisor Agents" that autonomously and continuously wrote integration tests and unit tests on the produced code. The agents checked even the smallest edge cases, which extremely secured the quality assurance before human reviewers even came into play.
